General sales and trading conditions of SAM LAB
1. General information

The general trading conditions apply in the valid in each case version to all our contracts and achievements. At the latest with the order of products of our assortment this AGB is considered as accepted.

2. Contract

No minimum order quantity. All offers on these homepage are not-binding.
Orders are accepted over our Onlineshop.
The order is confirmed in writing by email and can be cancelled only within a working-day.

3. Prices

All prices are inclusive 7,6% VAT. excl. shipping. Prices under point 5. 

4. Terms of payment
Private people become supplies  only by Prepay, Postfinance (Debitdirect) or by credit card (PAYPAL service) .
With the order the customer commits itself to the payment and acceptance. Arising cost by offence are to be borne from the customer to.

5. Delivery terms
Packages are delivered in principle by DPD. In the case of supplies abroad the receiver carries the tariff and VAT fees. 
in Switzerland: DPD  Sfr. 10.00
Packages abroad always have a package insurance.

6. Scope of supply, delivery time and resignation.

6,2 delivery time
The published dates of delivery depend on our current status of information. The indication of a date of delivery takes place after best knowledge, however without guarantee.
Possible exceeding of the date entitle neither to the cancellation of the order nor to the asserting of claims. If a supply over one of SAMLAB.CH in writing assured date of delivery should retard outside, then the customer can set week in the consequence at expiration of an auxiliary period which can be set in writing by it from at least three weeks SAMLAB.CH in delay and at unused operational sequence of an appropriate further respite from at least two from the order concerned withdraw.

6,3 completeness of the supply

6,4 cancelling
Cancelling in the discretion of SAMLAB.CH
During false order on the part of the customer, like e.g.: Shoe size, models, color is SAMLAB.CH does not obligate these back to take or to replaced, should not after consultation with SAMLAB.CH happen nevertheless, the customer 30% of the ordered commodity to replace is, plus resulting postage expenses in calculation (by Vorauskasse) posed. The returns go at expense of the customer.

7. Retention of title

Up to the complete payment of all requirements existing against the orderer the supplied commodity remains in the property of SAMLAB.CH.
SAMLAB.CH is entitled to make an appropriate entry in the retention of title register.

8. Warranty

They receive one year warranty, not however on wearing parts.
8.1

(No warranty on glass break). Large requirements of the buyer are, equivalent from which arguments, impossible. Cost of returns has the customers to bear.

9. Data security
The customer data is raised, processed and used according to the regulations of the Swiss data protection act.

10. Copyright
This side is in copyright matters protected. Typing error, mistakes and subject to change. All information to the goods is based on the data of the manufacturers and is noncommittal.

11. Area of jurisdiction
Place of delivery and exclusive area of jurisdiction are Amriswil.

12. Final clauses
Verbal agreements are obligatory only if they are confirmed in writing of SAMLAB.CH.
If individual regulations of these AGB should be ineffective or become ineffective, that does not affect the legal force of the remaining regulations
